One of the biggest challenges facing the small village of Popabaj is food insecurity. When Hugo found this village, people there literally had nothing to eat for days. For the Love of Missions has partnered with Rosita who travels one day every week to Popabaj (this is much easier said then done on the unpaved and uneven dirt road). She spends the morning working with the women, teaching them nutrition, cooking, gardening and care of livestock. After their time together, the women have a filling and nutritious meal to feed themselves and all their children, including those who were in school that day. For the Love of Missions is thankful for Rosita and her heart for this rural village. We are excited to see how God continues to move in this relationship.
